how do I order?
you can order via the webshop or you send me an email with your special requests
when will my order be ready?
delivery date will be 8 weeks after you placed your order or 8 weeks from when you approved your design (for custom orders)
each design is made especially for you in our studio with a lot of care and eye for detail
during the manufacturing process, sometimes things can go wrong, causing the delivery time to take longer than expected
if this happens, I ask you for your understanding
deposit
for custom designs a deposit of 50% needs to be payed
prices
prices can be found on the webshop and instagram shop
your personal information and your bank details will not be shared and are secured
the shipping of your unique jewel is included in the price when you pay online
if you order via email or for custom orders I will add the shipping costs to the second part of your payment
I will send your package, insured, via Mikropakket
if your package has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact me, I will personally contact Mikropakket
sizing
you can always pass by our studio in Antwerp to get your size measured, please make an appointment for this
you can also get your size measured at any jewelry shop using the European size chart
refund
the jewel is made especially for you and is non-refundable
if you request a refund after I have made a design for you but I did not started working on your jewel yet, the payed amount will be refunded -100 euros for the custom design that I have made especially for you
if you are not satisfied with your jewel, we will look together at how the design can be adjusted so that you are happy with your purchase
If you do not agree with the way I work, you can contact the commission for the protection of privacy (drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels)
